How to Use
- Add a child by providing their name, gender, and birth date
- Record measurements (weight and height) periodically
- View the growth chart compared to WHO standards
- Check the assessment for weight and height status
- Export records as CSV or import existing data
Understanding the Chart
WHO Reference Lines
- Green: Median (P50)
- Orange dashed: ±1 SD (P15.9 / P84.1)
- Red dashed: ±2 SD (P2.3 / P97.7)
Assessment Categories
- Normal: Within ±2 SD
- Warning: Below -2 SD (underweight/stunted)
- Attention: Above +2 SD (overweight/tall)
Privacy & Security
All data is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. Nothing is uploaded to any server. You can export your data as CSV at any time for backup or analysis.
